The Nike Hoop Summit World Team roster was officially announced Friday. The 21st version of the event will be played at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, on April 13 at 7 p.m. PST and will be televised on ESPN2.
The Hoop Summit is a showcase intended to pit the top international players in the world against a group of elite high school players. A total of 150 participants from the 20 previous editions have been picked in the first round of the NBA draft since 1995, with at least nine more players from the 2017 game en route to being selected.
The only change from the initial roster released a few weeks ago is the addition of Nigerian center Daniel Oturu, the No. 53 high school recruit in the ESPN 100, who is committed to the University of Minnesota. He replaces Dino Radoncic, who was forced to withdraw at the behest of his club, Real Madrid.
