Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster sends reminder to doubters on Twitter

NFL, Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has taken full advantage of his opportunities this season. The 20-year-old is coming off the best game of his young career, catching seven passes for 193 yards and a touchdown in a 20-15 win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday night.

His most explosive play came on a deep pass from Ben Roethlisberger late in the third quarter, with Smith-Schuster outrunning defenders for a 97-yard score.

Following the game, he made it known on Twitter that he does have a little more speed than what he gets credit for -- and sent a shoutout to teammate Antonio Brown in the process.

The second-round selection in the 2017 NFL draft also isn't too satisfied about his rating on "Madden NFL 18." Smith-Schuster has an 88 speed rating on the video game. But it seems he feels it should be a little higher.

And in a subliminal message to whomever might have recently stolen his bike, the rookie put the icing on the cake following the longest touchdown in Steelers franchise history by chaining up "his bike" as part of his celebration.

Smith-Schuster, who will turn 21 on Nov. 22, is the youngest player to have a 150-yard receiving game in NFL history. He enters the bye week riding high in confidence, as the Steelers improved to 6-2, with a two-game lead atop the AFC North.
