"First of all, I have a great opinion of him (Bayern's goalkeeper Jonas Urbig). I've seen him - admittedly I haven't seen him play that many games, but the last few games I've seen of him have impressed me. At his age, he's got great charisma, he's very good on his feet, has a lot of composure in this regard. So I really liked him. I don't think he needs much advice from me either. I mean, Bayern Munich are a world-class club, of course. And he'll do well now in the situation with Manuel Neuer and if the moment is there for him - I don't know what plans Bayern have - then I wish him all the best. But he's a very, very good goalkeeper and I'm looking forward to playing against him tomorrow."

"And tomorrow we play against a very, very strong team who are favourites for the title along with Real Madrid. But we'll approach the game as we've always done. We know what we've done so far to get here and we're going to do our best, try our best, in a game between two great teams which deserve to be here. And despite all the injuries there are on both sides, for Bayern and us, we will try to give our best here with a cohesive team performance. I've also been here with Inter, with Lazio, it's going to be difficult (to play) at this stadium."

9. (SOUNDBITE) (Italian) INTER MILAN HEAD COACH, SIMONE INZAGHI, SAYING (ACCORDING TO OFFICIAL TRANSLATION):
"So Bayern is always (aggressive), it's one of their characteristics. They play with very high intensity. I played against them in 2020 with Lazio, in 2023 with Inter here. They play with high intensity, with great, high-quality players. But we've also been hit by a bit of bad luck with injuries, just like Bayern. Correa (Joaquin) is one player who can't be here. Dumfries (Denzel), (Mehdi) Taremi, (Piotr) Zielinski can't either. And it looks similar for Bayern. So tomorrow will be a game of great determination. We have to put in a cohesive team performance here. There will be moments when we'll all have to suffer together. But Bayern will also have problems tomorrow."

"If you look at Thomas Mueller, he is a champion, he is a player who has won many titles, all of which he has earned. We were just talking about intensity - he's the number one there, I rate him very highly. I played against him four times and he was always a threat against my teams back then. He's a special player, but so are many others in the team."

STORY: Inter Milan head coach Simone Inzaghi said on Monday (April 7) that his side were ready to face a 'strong' Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.
“We know what we've done so far to get here and we're going to do our best, try our best, in a game between two great teams who deserve to be here,” Inzaghi told a press conference in Munich.
Inzaghi said he recognised that both sides would be dealing with injuries, and that his team would have to put in "a cohesive team performance".
Inter will be playing tomorrow’s fixture without Joaquin Correa, Denzel Dumfries, Taremi Mehdi and Piotr Zielinski on the team sheet, the head coach said. Similarly, Bayern will be without key players such as Jamal Musiala and Manuel Neuer.
Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer said that he had been impressed with 21-year-old Jonas Urbig, who has stepped in between the sticks since Neuer's injury.
“The last few games I've seen of him have impressed me - at his age, he's got great charisma, he's very good on his feet, has a lot of composure in this regard,” Sommer said.
Inter face Bayern away at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday (April 8) and again at home for the return leg on Wednesday next week (April 16).
