FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Ryan Litke scored a career-high 25 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Sacred Heart to a 75-59 victory over Wagner on Thursday night.
Litke hit seven of Sacred Heart's nine 3-pointers as the Pioneers (9-5, 2-1 Northeast Conference) won for the fourth time in five games.
Litke's sixth 3-pointer gave Sacred Heart a 57-40 lead with 12:30 left.
Liam Potter, who finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds for his fourth double-double in five games, followed with a three-point play to give the Pioneers a 60-40 lead with 12:05 remaining.
Corey Hassan finished with 12 points for the Pioneers, 10 of which came at the free throw line. He also had nine rebounds.
Michael Orock led Wagner with 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Josh Thompson finished with 10 points.
The Seahawks (2-14, 0-3), who have lost five straight games, shot 11.1 percent from the 3-point line (2-for-18).
