          Noah fined $15K for throwing ball

          Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah was fined $15,000 for throwing a ball into the stands at the United Center and striking a photographer on Saturday.

          The incident occurred with 7:19 left in the third quarter. The Toronto Raptors won 110-78.
