Our thoughts go out to pro rider Lucas Magoon, who is currently in the Intensive Care Unit of Renown Hospital in Reno, Nevada. It is not known at this time the extent of his injury, but we did speak with Ethan Fortier, his Technine Team Manager, who told us that he injured his head skateboarding. He did not want to discuss other details until he spoke with Magoon's mother.
Also, Stone was unsure whether or not Magoon is medically insured. If it is the case that Magoon lacks medical insurance, there will likely be a fundraising effort to help cover the high costs. We will keep you posted as we learn more about the situation. In the meantime, send all that good energy to Gooner.
