Ospreys kept their slim hopes of an automatic Champions Cup qualification place alive as they ran riot in a bonus-point 39-10 win over Connacht in the PRO14.
The win brings them to within seven points of Cardiff Blues, with the Blues having to face the Cheetahs tomorrow before the final two games of the season.
In what has been a year to forget for the Irish Province, they lacked any threat as Ospreys raced into a 13-0 lead inside 16 minutes despite having Dan Evans sin-binned.
Craig Ronaldson replied with a converted try, but that was all they offered in defence.
Evans returned from the bench to add Ospreys' second try before a Jack Carty penalty saw Connacht trail 20-10 at the break.
But they never looked like grabbing anything from the game as Scott Otten, Ashley Beck and Hanno Dirksen scored second-half tries to seal the win.
