4'TRY! Boks go left with Pienaar, it's quickly recycled and the captain John SMit crashes over just left of the posts. What a start for the home side.
3'Mears throws and the Boks win it. Ball goes left by the Boks, then right and Pienaar chips through. Drama as Pietersen and Monye tussle and it's a 5m scrum to the Boks.

1'Half-time There'll be a lot happening in that Lions change-room. Improvement needed in the scrum, line-out and at the ruck needed if the Lions want to get back into this. For the Boks they will be disappointed at conceding the try and for nearly letting Monye in. There's a feeling that the Boks could still go up a gear if needs. They've kicked plenty of ball and pressed very well. We're just about to get the second-half underway, where Stephen Jones will kick-off.
