NFL Week 2: Best team arrivals -- from Baker Mayfield to Lions mascot

NFL, Green Bay Packers, Washington Commanders, Detroit Lions, New York Giants, Los Angeles Rams, New York Jets, San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, New Orleans Saints, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles

Week 2 of the NFL regular season is here and the stars are ushering it in with style.

The pregame tunnel offered a mix of thoughtful style choices. Players arrived with a range of looks as tailored cuts met clean footwear, occasionally accented by team colors.

Well before the games started, accessories set the tone before helmets were put on.

Some kept to classic suits, others leaned casual, and many balanced the two.

Here are Week 2's best pregame arrivals.

Monday night's looks

In the first game of a "Monday Night Football" doubleheader, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield rocked a Whitney Houston-inspired look before facing the Houston Texans. Mayfield's fit received a special assist from his wife, Emily.

Sunday night drip

Making his "Sunday Night Football" and home debut, Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy opted for a clean black suit before facing the Atlanta Falcons.

Fits from the mid-afternoon slate

Before the regular season rematch of Super Bowl LIX between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs, DeVonta Smith and Travis Kelce offered matching interpretations of the game-day short suit.

Sunday's early looks

In Detroit, "Buffs" -- Cartier shades made from genuine buffalo horn -- are more than an accessory; they're a statement. Detroit Lions mascot Roary embraced the local style staple this week with custom, Buffs-inspired glasses.

Thursday night arrivals

Ahead of "Thursday Night Football," Green Bay Packers cornerback Micah Parsons came ready for business in a velvet double-breasted suit.
