NFL Week 2 uniforms: Vikings opt for classic look, Bengals rock orange

It's never too early to rock throwback uniforms, and the Minnesota Vikings will be the first team to do so in Week 2 of the new NFL season.

Minnesota is wearing its "Vikings Classic" threads against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. The look borrows design elements from some of the Vikings' earliest uniforms with a deeper purple than the modern version, larger numbers and classic stripes on the sleeves. There is also a vintage horn on the helmet. Minnesota debuted the design in 2023, and is 1-2 when wearing it.

For the second straight season, the Cincinnati Bengals are rocking orange jerseys for their "Open in Orange" campaign. Cincinnati wore all-orange in its home opener last year, however, this time they'll combine white pants with an orange jersey.

It's a first for the Los Angeles Chargers this week -- they will wear powder blue pants with white jerseys. While its two new alternate uniforms stole the show when revealed during the offseason, Los Angeles also shared on the same day that the team will wear powder blue pants for the first time. The Chargers have traditionally worn white, navy or gold pants, but had been looking to work powder blue pants for "quite some time."
