The Seahawks' second injury report of the week brought some positive news, as CB Josh Jobe progressed to a full participant Thursday. He appears to be on track to return Sunday against the Rams barring a setback. WR Tory Horton went the other way, however, going from limited to a non-participant. C Jalen Sundell was the only other player who didn't practice. LB Ernest Jones and LG Grey Zabel were limited again.

I have no worries in terms of where I’m gonna be at for Sunday. Just precautions, I guess, for them.” Watson said he’s “just sore” but that it was football sore not ACL-recovery sore.

The Seahawks held a walk-through Wednesday, so their first practice report of the week is an estimation. It lists LB Ernest Jones IV, CB Josh Jobe and WR Tory Horton as limited. Asked about that trio earlier in the day, Mike Macdonald said, "It's looking positive. We're optimistic." LG Grey Zabel was also limited with an apparently-new heel injury. C Jalen Sundell is expected to miss multiple weeks with a knee injury, Macdonald said Monday. It's unclear whether he's going on IR.
