The Seahawks put C Jalen Sundell on IR Saturday, so he'll have to miss at least the next four games with his knee injury. G/C Christian Haynes takes his spot on the 53, as Seattle activated him off IR. They also elevated LB Patrick O'Connell off the practice squad for their game Sunday vs. the Rams. Mike Macdonald previously said Sundell and WR Tory Horton were IR candidates. That Seattle didn't put Horton on IR indicates he isn't expected to be out long-term with his shin injury.

The Seahawks are fairly healthy heading into their NFC West showdown with the Rams, with first place in the division on the line. They ruled out rookie WR Tory Horton and C Jalen Sundell, but no one else has an injury designation. They'll get LB Ernest Jones IV and CB Josh Jobe back after both missed the Arizona game. Horton, who had been Seattle's WR3 before the trade for Rashid Shaheed, also missed last week. Mike Macdonald said IR is under consideration for Sundell and Horton.
