News: 15 hours agoThe Padres selected Nunez's contract from Triple-A El Paso on Wednesday.

Spin: Nunez earned the call-up after posting a 2.70 ERA and 49:14 K:BB over 30 innings between Double-A San Antonio and El Paso. The 26-year-old will be making his major-league debut when/if he gets into a game.
