The 2024-25 season has been full of excitement and intrigue. Decades after their first days as head coaches in college basketball, Rick Pitino and Tom Izzo are back at the top of the sport. And, surprise, surprise, Duke has a freshman everyone is talking about. Some of the programs that soared a year ago struggled this season, while others shocked the field with a rise no one saw coming. But that's the beauty of college basketball.
