Fantasy football flex and superflex rankings for Week 6

Fantasy NFL, NFL

Welcome to Week 6 of the 2025 NFL season and our weekly PPR fantasy football superflex rankings. We know many of you compete in superflex formats that invite/covet second quarterbacks in starting lineups, and these rankings account for that. It might look odd to see the lowest-ranked fantasy passers ahead of typical RB2 and WR2 options, but the potential scoring impact demands it.

If your league is a standard flex, rankings without QBs appear toward the bottom. Regardless, good luck this week!

Week 6 byes: Houston Texans, Minnesota Vikings

Players from Thursday's Eagles-Giants game have been taken out of the rankings.

1. Puka Nacua, Rams (WR1): The top PPR scorer in fantasy faces a broken Ravens defense missing key players.

2. Christian McCaffrey, 49ers (RB1): He is third in receptions entering Week 6, and also facing a struggling defense.

3. Jonathan Taylor, Colts (RB2): Taylor is on pace for more than 1,600 rushing yards and plenty of touchdowns.

4. Jayden Daniels, Commanders (QB1): He looked like his old self versus the Chargers after missing two games with a knee injury.

5. Matthew Stafford, Rams (QB2): He lit up the Colts and 49ers for 52.96 points. This week, he gets the struggling Ravens.

6. Josh Allen, Bills (QB3)

7. Baker Mayfield, Buccaneers (QB4):

8. Bijan Robinson, Falcons (RB3)

9. Davante Adams, Rams (WR2): Only 14 WRs boast more PPR points. He sees plenty of targets.

10. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Lions (WR3): He is already halfway to last season's career high of 12 TDs.

11. Emeka Egbuka, Buccaneers (WR4): This special rookie has become a clear WR1, regardless of matchup.

12. Justin Herbert, Chargers (QB5)

13. Caleb Williams, Bears (QB6)

14. Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs (QB7)

15. Jordan Love, Packers (QB8):

16. Drake Maye, Patriots (QB9)

17. Josh Jacobs, Packers (RB4): Comes off the bye week with a nice matchup against the Bengals.

18. De'Von Achane, Dolphins (RB5): As long as he gets the catches, there is nothing to fear.

19. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seahawks (WR5): The numbers say he is a top-5 fantasy WR. Trade for him with confidence.

20. Jahmyr Gibbs, Lions (RB6)

21. Kyren Williams, Rams (RB7)

22. Ashton Jeanty, Raiders (RB8): He faces the Titans. Expect volume and big numbers as well.

23. Daniel Jones, Colts (QB10)

24. Dak Prescott, Cowboys (QB11): Prescott certainly hasn't looked lost without CeeDee Lamb, and Lamb may return soon.

25. Bo Nix, Broncos (QB12): It was a composed effort in the win over the Eagles. Still not accurate, but he is good enough.

26. Ja'Marr Chase, Bengals (WR6): Chase has two great fantasy efforts, and three that were not. Still, how can you sit him?

27. Rome Odunze, Bears (WR7): The Commanders can be thrown on. Expect another big performance here.

28. Kyler Murray, Cardinals (QB13): He didn't exactly skewer the Titans' defense, but at least he ran for a score.

29. Justin Fields, Jets (QB14)

30. James Cook, Bills (RB9)

31. Javonte Williams, Cowboys (RB10)

32. George Pickens, Cowboys (WR8)

33. Quentin Johnston, Chargers (WR9): He had a quiet game versus the Commanders with only four targets. If it happens again, we worry.

34. Keenan Allen, Chargers (WR10): This fellow, however, always gets his targets. We can debate the hierarchy of Chargers WRs.

35. J.K. Dobbins, Broncos (RB11): Plenty of touches and no timeshare in this backfield. Dobbins is cruising toward his best season.

36. Quinshon Judkins, Browns (RB12): Some will downgrade him against the Steelers defense, but that's a mistake. He's a big-volume runner.

37. Rachaad White, Buccaneers (RB13): Scored twice with Bucky Irving out. Irving may be out in Week 6, too.

38. Jared Goff, Lions (QB15)

39. Sam Darnold, Seahawks (QB16)

40. Tua Tagovailoa, Dolphins (QB17)

41. Mac Jones, 49ers (QB18):

42. Bryce Young, Panthers (QB19): The numbers haven't been there yet, but we expect they will be against Dallas.

43. Jake Ferguson, Cowboys (TE1): This is the No. 1 TE in fantasy, and it isn't even close. He is flex-worthy.

44. Trey McBride, Cardinals (TE2): This isn't even the No. 2 TE in fantasy, but he's getting the targets. There is upside.

45. Jaylen Warren, Steelers (RB14): Warren is back at practice after a knee injury and bye week. He should play.

46. Breece Hall, Jets (RB15)

47. D'Andre Swift, Bears (RB16)

48. Alvin Kamara, Saints (RB17)

49. Rico Dowdle, Panthers (RB18)

50. Deebo Samuel, Commanders (WR11): Samuel has touchdowns in three of four games. He looks better with no Terry McLaurin.

51. Jaylen Waddle, Dolphins (WR12): Waddle had a solid fantasy game without Tyreek Hill. Can we expect this every week? Hope so.

52. Zay Flowers, Ravens (WR13): One deep pass salvaged his fantasy game Sunday. At least he had that.

53. Spencer Rattler, Saints (QB20): He's averaging 15 fantasy PPG. One can do worse in a superflex league!

54. Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars (QB21)

55. Michael Penix Jr., Falcons (QB22)

56. Geno Smith, Raiders (QB23): He threw an interception while you read this. Yeah, I may use that line every week.

57. Derrick Henry, Ravens (RB19): Henry is averaging 5 yards per carry, so no, I don't blame him. Blame what is around him.

58. Travis Etienne Jr., Jaguars (RB20)

59. Xavier Worthy, Chiefs (WR14)

60. Tetairoa McMillan, Panthers (WR15)

61. Drake London, Falcons (WR16)

62. Garrett Wilson, Jets (WR17): It feels like this offense is a mess, but Wilson is the No. 5 WR scorer in fantasy.

63. Chris Olave, Saints (WR18): Double-digit targets in four of five games. No reason not to trust him.

64. Aaron Rodgers, Steelers (QB24)

65. Joe Flacco, Bengals (QB25):

66. Kenneth Walker III, Seahawks (RB21)

67. Michael Carter, Cardinals (RB22): Carter wasn't efficient Sunday, but he saw volume and he reached the end zone.

68. Chase Brown, Bengals (RB23): Not a top-20 RB if you draft today, but there's still hope for him to be a viable flex option.

69. Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Commanders (RB24): Monster game versus the Chargers. Can we trust this volume moving forward? Hope so.

70. Cam Ward, Titans (QB26)

71. Dillon Gabriel, Browns (QB27)

72. Cooper Rush, Ravens (QB28): He scored 1.16 more fantasy points than you and I did Sunday. It shouldn't be so bad this week.

73. Jakobi Meyers, Raiders (WR19): Had 22 targets the first two games. Has 17 since. This isn't making much sense.

74. Courtland Sutton, Broncos (WR20): Sutton has more than 80 receiving yards in three consecutive games. He's safer than most realize.

75. Marvin Harrison Jr., Cardinals (WR21): One would think Murray would target him more. Eh, perhaps this week.
