The nominees for Best Jockey are Flavien Prat, who won the 2021 Preakness aboard Rombauer; Irad Ortiz Jr., who rode Mo Donegal to a win at the 2022 Belmont Stakes; Jose Ortiz, aboard champion Early Voting at the 2022 Preakness; and 2021 Eclipse Award winner Joel Rosario.
