SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Zach McWilliams allowed four hits and one earned run over 4⅓ innings, Tyler Jones hit a go-ahead home run in the seventh inning and Goodlettsville, Tennessee, beat Chula Vista, California, 4-2 on Tuesday night in an elimination game of the Little League World Series. Tennessee catcher Tanner Jones made a heads-up play at the plate for the third out of the sixth inning to force extra innings. On the second pitch of the seventh inning, Tyler Jones hit a solo homer over the left-center wall to put Tennessee ahead 3-2. Brock Duffer had a one-out, bases-loaded single to score McWilliams, but Ethan Jackson was thrown out at the plate to retire the side. Tennessee reliever Robert Carroll went to the mound with two on and one out in the bottom of the seventh and got California to hit into a double play. McWilliams also hit his second home run of the LLWS for Tennessee, which plays Iowa on Wednesday.  IOWA 3, RHODE ISLAND 2 Johnston, Iowa, rallied to a 3-2 win against Warwick, Rhode Island, on Tuesday to secure a place in the next game of the LLWS. Miles Risley led off the bottom of the sixth inning by reaching on an error, and Michael Siemer blooped a single into right field to put runners on the corners with one out. Then Jack Emanuel walked to load the bases. After Rhode Island starter Colin Lemieux left due to a pitch limit, Josh Larson hit the first pitch to tie the game at 2-2. On the next pitch, Kaiden Dinh singled through the same hole on the left side to win it. Lemieux allowed just four hits and struck out 13 in 5⅓ innings. Iowa reliever Tyler Moore threw 60 pitches in four innings and allowed only one earned run. Dinh led off the bottom of the fifth with a solo home run to tie it at 1-1. But Kenny Rix hit the second pitch of the sixth over the left-field wall to give Rhode Island a 2-1 lead. AUSTRALIA 2, CURACAO 1 Clayton Campbell pitched a complete game and struck out 14 to help Australia beat Curacao 2-1 in another elimination game of the LLWS. Campbell threw 82 pitches and allowed three hits and no earned runs. Stephen Courtney hit a solo homer to right field in the fifth inning to give Australia a 2-0 lead. Campbell had a double in the sixth inning and reached third on a wild pitch, but Curacao reliever Gedionne Marlin struck out the next three. In the bottom of the sixth, Jakey Josepha singled with one out for Curacao, a team from Willemstad. He moved to second on a passed ball, advanced to third on a fielder's choice and scored on an error to pull his team to 2-1. But Campbell struck out Allen-Amin Hollander to end the game. Australia has won two games in the LLWS for the first time. The team from Sydney will play Mexico on Wednesday. MEXICO 7, CANADA 1 Victor Juarez and three relievers combined to allow one hit and no earned runs, and Mexico beat Canada 7-1 on the first game of the day at South Williamsport. Juarez threw 37 pitches over three innings and struck out seven. Mexico finished with 11 strikeouts and didn't allow a hit until Loreto Siniscalchi's single to lead off the sixth inning. Jose Angel Leal hit a two-run homer over the trees behind the center-field wall to give Mexico, a club from San Nicolas, a 3-0 lead in the third. After two singles, Milton Gonzalez sent a shot off the bottom of the outfield wall to extend Mexico's lead to 5-0. Siniscalchi scored on a fielder's choice in the fourth to pull Canada, a team from Vancouver, British Columbia, to 5-1.
