The WBC announced on Monday the creation of a new division called "Bridger", that will include fighters in the 200 to 224 pounds range. Currently, the heavyweight division includes fighters that weight over 200 pounds, with no limit above that. The division was named after six-year-old Bridger Walker, who saved his younger sister from a brutal dog attack back in July. Bridger needed 90 stitches in his face to repair the injuries.
