Fantasy news: Cardinals wide receiver John Brown will play Sunday against San Francisco, coach Bruce Arians said Friday, but don't expect a full role for Brown. "He can't go in there and play 70 plays," Arians said. "He'll be right back where he was. He'll be available and he'll play."
