Following the Thunder out West are the Denver Nuggets, Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors. The Boston Celtics are the favorites to win the Eastern Conference, and have the second-best odds to take home the NBA title, which would be their second consecutive and 19th overall in franchise history. The Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks have the next-best odds to win the East.
