Toss Ireland chose to bat vs Bangladesh

Ireland captain Paul Stirling decided to bat first after winning the toss against Bangladesh in the third T20I in Chattogram. Though this is a 2:00pm start, Stirling had the same decision in the second game, which was an evening start from 6:00pm.

His counterpart Litton Das said that they would have wanted to bat first on a slightly drier surface.

Bangladesh have included Shoriful Islam, Rishad Hossain and Shamim Hossain in their playing XI, by replacing Nurul Hasan, Tanzim Hasan and Nasum Ahmed.

Shamim Hossain was brought back into the squad after a war of words between Litton and Bangladesh selector Gazi Ashraf Hossain.

Ireland have brought back Curtis Campher, Craig Young and Ben White into the team, while Barry McCarthy, Josh Little and Ben Calitz are dropped.
