College football's first transfer portal window, which opened in December, saw over 2,700 football players enter the portal looking for new schools in 2023. The spring window was open from April 15 through Sunday and saw more than 1,700 NCAA players enter the portal, including 923 from the FBS level. Although the portal didn't flood with elite talent the way it did over the winter, there are some big names making moves. As spring competitions play out, rosters are still being molded and coaches are always looking to add talent to their depth charts, so these next few weeks will give them the opportunity to do just that.
