After every round of the 2025 AFL season, ESPN's football writers will come together and determine who should hold a place in their rolling All-Australian team.

So, who deserves a coveted blazer if the season were to end right now?

Changes from Round 10

INS: Gold Coast captain Noah Anderson makes his first appearance in our All-Australian team after yet another dominant outing, as does GWS halfback Lachie Ash, who has been banging the door down all year. Meanwhile, another bag of five goals has propelled Collingwood livewire Jamie Elliott back into the squad.

OUTS: Andrew Brayshaw is as consistent as they come, and very unlucky to lose his spot, but the performances of the above simply couldn't be ignored. Carlton defender Jack Silvagni also loses his spot in the team, along with Riley Thilthorpe, who has mustered just two goals in the last two weeks.

In the mix, and those on notice

Is there anyone more unlucky than North Melbourne ruck Tristan Xerri? He has barely put a foot wrong all season but still can't find a spot in the team. One slip up from All-Australian mainstay Max Gawn and Xerri might just take his spot.

Others who are in the mix of All-Australian selection include two-time Brownlow Medal winner Lachie Neale, who impressed against the Hawks on the weekend, and GWS captain Toby Greene, who humiliated the Blues in his 250th game. And keep an eye on Kysaiah Pickett, who is in career-best form, having kicked 18 goals over the last seven weeks.
